Common questions before placing an order.
How do I place an order?
Create an account, select the vehicle, reading tool, required modifications and upload the files. After saving, the order will be visible in your panel.
Do I have to select the reading tool?
Yes. The reading tool is required for correct decoding, encoding and file preparation.
Which vehicles do you support?
Mainly trucks, agricultural and construction machines, Cummins and CAT/Perkins. If the vehicle is not listed, choose unlisted vehicle and enter the details manually.
Which modifications can I order?
Most commonly DPF OFF, EGR OFF, SCR/AdBlue OFF, DTC OFF, Stage 1, CREEP and custom methods.
Where will the finished file appear?
The finished file will appear in the order details. You will also receive a WhatsApp notification after the status changes if the phone number is saved correctly.
How do payments work?
Orders can be paid with credits, PayPal or invoice, depending on account and client settings.
